Things you’ll never have to say to us.

• Please stop calling me.

There is no call centre. No sales desk, no follow-up team, and no published phone number anywhere. Support is email, and that is all of it.

• How much to see the horoscope match?

Nothing, ever. The score and its verdict sit on every profile from the day you join. Only the row-by-row breakdown needs a pack.

• Why does a stranger have my number?

They don't, unless you let them. You choose who can reveal it — any member with a plan, only your accepted matches, or nobody at all — and you can change it any time.

• Is he at the top because he paid?

No, and he cannot be. Results are ordered by horoscope fit, recent activity and having a photo. A plan is not one of the ingredients.

• Who's the relationship manager on my account?

There isn't one. No agents and nobody in between. You talk to the families directly.

• What's your commission if it works out?

There is none. Nobody here is paid on your marriage. When you find them, you close the account and that is the end of it.
