1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on MatrimonyTrust, you agree to these Terms of Service. MatrimonyTrust is a fully digital matrimony platform — no human agents, no call centres. All matches and interactions happen through the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to marry under Indian law. You must provide accurate information and complete phone verification before your profile goes live.

3. Profile & Content

You are responsible for all content you upload. Profiles with false information, inappropriate photos, or fraudulent intent will be permanently removed. Your photo visibility is controlled by your privacy setting — do not upload photos you do not own the rights to.

4. Privacy & Data

We collect and process your data to operate the platform. Your phone number is never shared without your explicit consent. Your phone number is verified via OTP and your personal data is not shared with third parties. Please read our Privacy Policy for full details.

5. Payments

During the launch phase, all features are free. When premium tiers are introduced, subscription fees will be charged via Razorpay (INR) or Stripe (USD for NRI). All payments are non-refundable unless required by law.

6. Prohibited Conduct

• Harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour toward other users
• Sharing another user's contact or photo without consent
• Creating multiple or fake accounts
• Using the platform for commercial solicitation or fraud

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms, without notice. You may delete your account at any time from My Profile → Settings.
